Sabrina Berzowski: Vanilla Cupcakes with Baileys Frosting

Shopping List:
  • 1 1/2 cups / 180 g  all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder ( with Soda)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 Stick /115 g Butter ( room temp)
  • 1 cup / 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup / 120 ml milk
Frosting:
  • 16 tbsp / 225 g  unsalted butter ( room temp)
  • 2 pckg creme cheese ( Philadelphia light)
  • 2  cups / 200 g confectioner`s sugar
  • 2 tbsp Baileys
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate figures:
  • silicon forms
  • desert chocolate

Mix flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Beat in butter gradually. Beat in sugar and mix thoroughly. Beat in eggs, then vanilla and milk. Beat until just mixed.

Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees until toothpick comes out almost clean ( I had small forms, it took 10 min).


















For the frosting, mix butter with creme cheese. Add confi sugar, vanilla and Baileys and mix until smooth.
For the chocolate figures, just melt some desert chocolate over a water-bath, fill into forms and let them cool in the fridge.

I grated some fresh cinnamon on top as well!!!!
